The construction element of our company was born in the Northern River in 2018. Uprooting ourselves from the Northern Beaches of Sydney our family moved to the tiny town of Teven with the sole aim of building the greatest 9 hole course in Australia.
Our reputation for excellence has expanded our projects along the Australian east coast. We specialise in delivering the highest quality irrigated turf for commercial and domestic projects.

This 30 year old course was tired and overrun with non-native trees but was a geographical wonder. Surrounded by remnant rainforest and intersected by abundant creeks Teven really was a hidden gem!
The course layout was designed by legendary Australian golfer, Craig Parry

Armed with two men and a couple of machines the course took three years to complete.
The greens are TifEagle and tee to green Sir Grange Zoysia, an Australian first.
Teven was named as the first and only 9 hole course to make it into the Golf Australia Top 100 public courses.

The replacement of all greens and tees is an ongoing project over the next several years. 4th Green completed in December 2023. Green is TifEagle and surrounds are wintergreen.
